Returns
Due to the handmade and personal‑care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund if eligible.
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not begun processing.
Once processing starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Curious Coco Bloo is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist with documentation if needed.
